1)  Goods once sold cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless agreed by the Company.

2)  Our general sales conditions take precedence over any of the customer general conditions of purchase that are not expressly accepted by us. 

​

3)  Interest @ 24% per annum will be charged if this invoice is not paid by the due date. Subject to Secunderabad Jurisdiction. Further, the Company is entitled to take legal recourse to recover the dues.

4)  Buyer is liable to pay Rs. 500/- for cheque bouncing/return

​

5)  Our liability ceases once the goods leave our premises. Any material sent in transport, the liability of the safety of goods will be the sole responsibility of the transporter and the customer.

 

6)  The following goods are not accepted for return and exchange under any circumstance (The below list may change without prior notice to the customer, please consult our sales team for updated information): 

 

• Colour Switches and Plates, Round Switches and Plates, including Arteor mirror white plates

• Wires and Cables

• Fans (Special Finishes)

• Lights (Special Finishes)

• Weatherproof Plug and Sockets

7)  For all the other products accepted for exchanges, please ensure the products are in unused condition with all packaging intact. Please Note: Exchange and return of goods will be accepted between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm only 

 

8)  A credit note will be issued against all the products returned and it can be used for buying any other product. Payment will not be returned in any monetary form (cash/cheque/online transfer)

9)  Warranty Claims: Warranty claims have to be taken up by the manufacturers. Replacement of products will be done only after receiving the manufacturer's confirmation.
